Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development &

- Media Sales role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with clients across various industries. The team member will conduct market research to understand client needs, present media and marketing solutions, and negotiate proposals to close sales. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to tailor campaigns, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing excellent customer service throughout the engagement lifecycle.



The role also requires regular follow-ups with prospects, attending client meetings, and representing OpelOx Media &
- Marketing at relevant industry events when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to understand industry trends and client requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with delivered campaigns.
- Relevant experience in business development, media sales, or marketing services, preferably within an agency or B2B environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales and revenue targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred.
