Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities and markets for PVC flooring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builder, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the flooring or furnishing materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
