About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 2–4 years of experience and a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and sales, preferably within a real estate or real estate marketing environment.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Generate leads and acquire recent clients, including real estate developers, builders, property consultants, and real estate companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable advertising, branding, and marketing solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial pitches.
- Conduct client meetings, property-site visits, and business development activities as required.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the real estate industry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, prepare regular business development reports, and achieve assigned targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Experience working with real estate developers, builders, property consultants, or real estate marketing companies is preferred.
