The BGM plays a key role in expanding the company’s advisor network and driving revenue growth through structured training, performance mentoring and AUM Growth. The role focuses on building a strong force of Mutual Fund Team Coaches, conducting account activation activities through regular training and field support, and ensuring achievement of business targets through the channel.





Generate 30-40 qualified prospects every month and build a robust pipeline of prospective Team Coaches Support Team Coaches in obtaining NISM certification; run induction and product training Onboard 8-12 active Mutual Fund team members per month through presentations and career planning Ensure new team members generate business within the first 30-45 days .

Drive Mutual
