Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth of Rare Frames –

- Video &
- Motion by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and assisting in building strategic partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, where the intern will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and help segment target audiences for the studio’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation campaigns, maintaining and updating prospect databases, and supporting outreach activities through emails, calls, and meetings.



The intern will collaborate with the creative and account teams to understand service offerings, prepare presentations and proposals, and contribute to client communication and follow-ups. The role also involves tracking business development metrics, providing regular reports, and suggesting improvements to outreach processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and performance data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, with an interest in identifying and qualifying prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to study industry trends, competitor activity, and customer segments.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive, professional relationships.
- Interest in or familiarity with video production, animation, creative agencies, or digital media is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or lead-tracking tools) is an advantage.
