We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and generate leads for our IT services.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote website development, mobile app development, software development, CRM, and ERP services.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain robust client relationships.




- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-up details, and lead status reports.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Confidence in client handling, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and software development is an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
