We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to connect with customers through telephone, understand their requirements, provide suitable assistance, and contribute to business growth by achieving assigned targets.
- Generate and follow up with potential customers through telephone calls.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Convince and assist customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Respond to customer queries professionally.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Work effectively during the 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM shift.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers can apply.
- Age: 20-35 years.
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with positive follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
