About the Role

BearTech is hiring a Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing) with prior CCTV camera selling experience. The main objective of this role is to call and follow up with the leads we receive from Facebook / Meta ads, understand their requirements, and convert them into paying customers for CCTV, GPS Tracking, and Biometric / Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads generated from Facebook / Meta ads and convert them into sales
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CCTV, GPS Tracking, and Biometric / Security solutions
- Share product details, quotations, and demos over call and WhatsApp
- Follow up consistently with every lead until the deal is closed or clearly lost
- Visit clients for site surveys, meetings, and demos when required (approx. 20% field work)
- Maintain lead status, follow-up notes, and sales records in Excel / CRM




- Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets

Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduation (Bachelor's degree, any stream) is required
- Previous experience in selling CCTV cameras is required
- Strong telephone communication and sales skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Comfortable with in-house work (80%) and local field visits (20%)

What We Offer:
- 1st month (training period): ₹10,000 per month
- From 2nd month: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month fixed salary
- Fixed incentive in addition to salary
