Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect recent business leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and freelancing portals (Upwork, Freelancer).
- Client Pitching: Conduct discovery calls, analyze requirements, and pitch tailored IT & Digital Marketing solutions (Web, SEO, SMM).
- Proposal & Closing: Prepare proposals and quotes in coordination with technical teams, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Relationship Management: Maintain key client relationships to drive renewals, upselling, and project handovers.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
