About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in IP sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and business development, with a strong understanding of the IP services industry.

The candidate should be comfortable working in US or European time zones and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Intellectual Property (IP) services in international markets, particularly the US and Europe.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation.
- Identify potential clients, including law firms, IP firms, corporations, startups, and businesses requiring IP-related services.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IP services, including patent search, patent drafting, trademark, IP prosecution support, and other relevant services.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the organization.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the IP domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Intellectual Property (IP) industry.
- Basic understanding of IP services, such as patents, trademarks, patent searches, and patent drafting.
- Experience in international B2B sales, preferably targeting clients in the US or European markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work in US or European shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience working with IP law firms, patent service providers, legal process outsourcing firms, or IP consulting companies.
- Exposure to international client handling and consultative selling.
- Ability to understand client pain points and recommend relevant IP solutions.
- Proactive, confident, and comfortable interacting with international stakeholders.
