Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with companies, educational institutions, and training clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, tracking sales pipelines,



and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs.

The Business Development

Executive will also contribute to market research, brand visibility activities, and periodic reporting on business growth performance.

Qualifications

- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on building sustainable revenue opportunities.
- Strong Business acumen and understanding of training, education, or services sectors.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in Account Management, with capability to nurture and grow existing client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or service-based industries.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for tracking pipelines and performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Bhubaneswar.
