Business Development Executive

Location: Glendale International School, Tellapur, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive student admissions and achieve business development targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with parents, education consultants, corporate partners, and the local community.

- Identify new opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and promotional activities.

- Coordinate with Admissions and Marketing teams for lead generation and conversion.

- Represent the school at events, fairs, and networking activities.





- Track market trends, competitor activities, and admission opportunities.

- Maintain reports on leads, conversions, and business development activities.

- Ensure a positive and seamless parent experience throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Min 3 years of experience in business development, sales, admissions, or marketing;

education sector experience preferred.

- Robust communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
