About the Role

Lotus Workforce is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to develop and expand our network of diagnostic laboratories, pathology labs, and health checkup centers across Punjab.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with diagnostic service providers and on boarding them onto the Lotus Workforce Partner App.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach diagnostic labs and pathology centres across Punjab.
- Build relationships with lab owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Onboard and activate verified diagnostic lab partners on Lotus Workforce.
- Coordinate the listing of individual tests,



multiple-test bookings and health checkup packages.
- Collect and verify lab registration details, service availability and pricing information.
- Explain the platform's online booking, payment, commission and settlement model.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for successful partner activation.
- Achieve monthly lab acquisition and activation targets.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in diagnostic lab sales, healthcare B2B sales or healthcare business development.
- Existing relationships with diagnostic labs, pathology centres and collection networks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Punjab.
- Ability to independently develop and manage lab partnerships.
