Business Development Executive We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our IT service business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finding and securing Web Development, Digital Marketing and BPO projects.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads for Nablle, digital marketing and software development services.
- Conduct demos and client-presentations of Nablle (attendance & workforce platform).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, sales decks and follow-up communications in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams.
- Maintain existing client relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across services.
- Collaborate with internal product, development and marketing teams to understand capabilities and craft tailored solutions.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets; maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline.
- Feedback market insights, competitor intelligence and client needs to help improve offerings.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and software development services.
- Excellent communication (oral & written), presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, comfortable working in a quick-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
