Cerebral Works is looking for a smart, confident and proactive Business Development Representative to help us connect with global clients and generate qualified business opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Research and identify potential B2B customers across global markets.
- Identify key decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering and business leaders.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls and other prospecting channels.
- Initiate conversations, understand prospect requirements and qualify business opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the business development team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Support the team in building and managing the sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with international clients.
- A smart,



proactive individual who can research companies and identify the right prospects.
- Good email writing, telephone communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about enterprise technology, AI and software development solutions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, CRM tools or lead generation platforms is an advantage.

Global Exposure & Adaptable Working Hours
- Must be comfortable communicating with prospects across different international time zones.
- Willingness to attend scheduled calls during evening hours or occasional late hours, depending on prospect availability.
- Flexibility to work with global clients across the US, UK, Europe and other markets.

Experience1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, appointment setting or business development is preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
