Salary: ₹2.8 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Variable Incentive

Interview Type: Virtual Interview

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have sales experience, positive communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.




- Explain company services and generate business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and potential leads.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development preferred.
- Graduates from any stream (MBA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, or equivalent).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
