About the Internship:

We are hiring 5 Business Development Executive (BDE) Interns to join our sales team. This is a 100% Work From Home internship for freshers and students who want hands-on experience in sales and business development in the digital marketing industry. You will work on both inbound and outbound (outreach) leads through calls, messages and emails, and learn how a digital agency wins and serves clients.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 5 days a week.

Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months (Pre-Placement Offer / full-time opportunity for top performers)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound leads and enquiries over calls, WhatsApp/messages and emails, and respond to them promptly.
- Do outbound outreach to potential clients through cold calls, messages (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram) and cold emails.
- Understand client needs and explain our services: website design & development, SEO, social media management, performance marketing and more.
- Follow up with prospects and set up meetings or demo calls for the senior sales team.
- Help prepare and share proposals and quotations with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Research businesses and build prospect lists for outreach campaigns.




- Share daily reports on calls made, leads generated and follow-ups done.

Requirements:

- 12th pass, or pursuing / completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales or a similar role in the digital marketing industry. Freshers can also apply.
- Interest in social media, digital marketing, website design and development, or IT services (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; confident on calls, messages and emails, and eager to build presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT & digital marketing services and industry trends, or a strong willingness to learn them.
- Willingness to work towards targets and stay positive under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Sheets; CRM training will be provided.
- Must be able to work from home from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 5 days a week, with a reliable internet connection and a working phone.
- Laptop is mandatory.

Stipend: Fixed monthly stipend of ₹5,000 - ₹8,000, based on skills and interview performance. Incentives are available for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
