Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads through calls, social media, college connections, and other channels.
- Promote the company's training programs, courses, internships, and placement assistance services.
- Contact students, fresh graduates, and potential customers to explain program benefits.
- Convert prospective leads into course enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Build partnerships with colleges, educational institutions, and other organizations.
- Maintain daily lead records, call reports, follow-up details, and enrollment updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase enrollments and business growth.

Language Requirements
- Hindi – Mandatory: Must be able to communicate fluently in Hindi.

(OR)
- Telugu – Basic proficiency required.




- Tamil – Basic proficiency required.

Candidates must be comfortable communicating with students and prospective customers in Hindi. Basic Tamil and Telugu communication skills are also required. Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and positive follow-up skills.

- Candidates with experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or educational counselling will have an advantage.
- Must be willing to work from the Vijayawada location.
- Must be comfortable working with monthly sales and enrollment targets.
