We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle from outreach and discovery to proposal and closure for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound efforts

Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and pain points

Pitch Alter s digital marketing services (Performance Marketing, SMM, SEO, Branding, etc.)

Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals, quotations, and pitches

Follow up rigorously on leads to ensure closures

Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools (HubSpot)

Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs consistently





Build long-term client relationships and look for up-sell opportunities

Ideal Candidate Background:

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales

Strong understanding of digital marketing services (or ability to learn quickly)

Prior experience in lead generation, client pitching, and closing

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and a rapid learner

Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus

Preferred Backgrounds:

Digital Marketing / Ad Agency Sales

SaaS or EdTech B2B Sales

Branding or Creative Studio BD roles

Recruitment/Staffing Sales (if client-facing and target-based)
