Role & responsibilities -

- Connect with prospective learners through inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Understand education, work experience, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain programme features, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career relevance.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrolment.
- Handle learner queries, objections, and negotiations confidently.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate interaction and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve daily activity goals and weekly/monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Deliver a qualified,



positive learner experience throughout the sales process.

Preferred candidate profile -

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- Freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience
- Relevant background in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, EdTech, Education Sales, Tele Sales, Admissions, or Counselling
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, active listening, and questioning ability
- Confident in handling objections and negotiating with prospects
- Goal-oriented with comfort working toward sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, Excel, and digital communication tools
- Keen interest in building a long-term career in Sales, Business Development, and EdTech
