Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for expanding the agency’s client base and strengthening partnerships within the film and media industry. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, conducting outreach to production houses and brands, and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

The role involves coordinating meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and tracking leads through the sales pipeline.



The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with casting needs and marketing strategies, while maintaining accurate records and reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including analyzing industry trends and identifying potential clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-centric mindset.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management; experience in entertainment or media is an advantage.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
