? Hiring: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Solar EPC Sales ? Location: Sector 80, Noida ? Experience: 0–3 Years ? Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC ? Salary: As per experience Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects. Conduct cold calling, client meetings and follow-ups. Prepare quotations and proposals, and close sales. Build client relationships and achieve sales targets. Coordinate with technical and project teams.

Requirements: Experience in B2B sales; Solar/EPC experience preferred. Valuable communication, negotiation and client-handling skills. Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
