Role Description The Business Development Associate (fresher) role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for web design and development services. The associate will conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations, and communicate regularly with prospects to understand their requirements and share suitable solutions.

Daily responsibilities include updating CRM or tracking tools, coordinating with the internal project and design teams, and assisting in proposals and follow-ups.



The role requires a proactive approach, willingness to learn, and consistent collaboration with senior business development and marketing team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver effective Presentations.
