Careers360 is looking for a Business Development Associate who has an experience of 1 to 4 years in inside sales.

Careers360 is a data-enabled and technology-driven Educational Products and Services Company located in Gurugram. We integrate millions of student and institutional data points with user-generated preferences to build Prediction and Recommendation products for students. With over 250 products used by over 225 million students annually, we cover 25,000+ colleges and 250+ courses.

Role Description: Business Development Associate (BDA)

As a BDA, your primary role is to connect with students and parents to provide guidance on admission-related queries and offer counseling support. You will help them understand educational options, navigate the admission process, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented,



high-performance setting that emphasizes spreading the unique way of learning in your city.
- Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning methods.
- Taking up revenue responsibility. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales.
- Tell the students about CAT, JEE and NEET exams over the phone, counsel them and convince them to subscribe to it.
- Need to give a minimum 3 hours of talk time every day.
- It is a target based profile and has incentives on best performance.
