About the Role

BeeTees Academy of Commerce is looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Associate to generate business opportunities, manage leads, convert prospective students into admissions, and contribute to the growth of the academy.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing, follow-up, and sales skills, with a solid focus on lead conversion and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Convert prospective student leads into successful course admissions.

Lead Management: Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, digital campaigns, and other sources.

Follow-ups:



Maintain consistent follow-ups with students and parents to improve conversion rates.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

Number of leads contacted and followed up.

Lead-to-admission conversion rate.

Monthly admission and revenue target achievement.

Quality and consistency of follow-ups.

Accuracy of lead records and daily reporting.

Overall contribution to business growth.
