As part of our growth strategy, MSE is looking to onboard a Drive membership growth, market development, and relationship management for exchange products.

Role Focus

- Drive membership growth, market development,



and relationship management for exchange products (Equity, Derivatives, Debt, ETFs, etc).

Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce and promote exchange products and attract new memberships.
- Build strong relationships with stockbroking firms, corporates, and financial institutions.
- Develop partnerships with trade bodies/associations to enhance market reach.
- Provide ongoing support to members in registration, trading operations, and compliance.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth settlement processes.
- Organize seminars and training programs for members and intermediaries.
- Increase membership across banks, institutions, and brokerage houses.
- Focus on corporate listings and market expansion.

Skills Required:
- Relevant experience in broking industry, banks, or exchanges.
- Strong knowledge of capital market products; exposure to equity and debt products.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.

Compensation:
