Product Roadmap

- Create a detailed product roadmap outlining the specific feature requirements, manufacturing timeline, and milestones to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements Elicitation and Analysis

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.

- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information about current processes and desired outcomes.

Documentation

- Create detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.

- Ensure that documentation is accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, cost constraints, and quality standards. Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adjust project plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Data Analysis

- Identify trends, patterns,



and anomalies in data to support decision-making.

- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business performance.

Process Modeling

- Document current and future state processes using tools such as flowcharts or process maps.

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Communication

- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding between both parties.

- Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Collaboration

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and scope.

Problem Solving

- Investigate and analyze issues, defects, or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
