The objective of the organisation is to build Public Digital Infrastructure for Banking using blockchain and other emerging technologies leveraging the network of members to enable high volume and cost- effective financial transactions.

IBDIC is looking for a Business Analyst - Trade Finance with 8-10 years of experience, including 3-4 years in business transformation or digital transformation initiatives, to bridge business requirements with technology solutions and drive the digitisation of Trade Finance products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyse Trade Finance processes and identify opportunities for digitisation, automation, and process optimisation.
- Participate in solution design, sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and production releases.




- Engage with banks and ecosystem partners to ensure solutions meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Be open to long-term project travel across India as required.

Must-Have

- 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience in Banking, Trade Finance, or FinTech.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Business Transformation or Digital Transformation initiatives, with the candidate currently working in a transformation role.
- Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Documentary Collections, Bills Discounting, Supply Chain Finance, and Import Export Finance.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

- Bachelor s or master s degree in business, Finance, Banking, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Trade Finance digitisation, APIs, system integrations, or Digital Banking platforms.
- Exposure to Blockchain, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), or emerging technologies is an added advantage.
