We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst with hands-on Amazon marketplace experience to analyze seller performance, track business KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve sales, profitability, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze Amazon seller account performance, sales trends, revenue, and profitability.
- Track key metrics including sessions, conversion rate, advertising spend, ACOS, ROAS, and sales growth.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Use Advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
- Identify performance gaps and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Support forecasting, target setting, and business planning.
- Analyze Amazon PPC campaign performance and recommend improvements.




- Work closely with account management and advertising teams to improve seller performance.
- Automate reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant Business Analyst or Data Analyst experience.
- Hands-on Amazon marketplace experience is mandatory.
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and seller performance analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of Amazon sales, advertising, and business performance metrics.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Amazon PPC and advertising analytics.
- Experience with multiple Amazon seller accounts.
- Knowledge of ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, inventory, and profitability analysis.
- Experience in reporting automation and dashboard development.
