Role : Business Analyst - E-Fund Orders

:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (3 - 6 years) with strong knowledge of the end-to-end fund lifecycle and hands-on experience in business analysis, functional testing, production support, and stakeholder management. The candidate should have a solid understanding of investment fund order processes, related upstream and downstream systems, and strong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and investigation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, understand, and document business requirements from Product Owners and key stakeholders.
- Analyze fund order processes, including order creation, validation, processing, execution, settlement, and downstream distribution.
- Understand the upstream and downstream dependencies of the fund order lifecycle and assess the impact of functional changes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into transparent user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to explain business requirements, functional flows, and expected outcomes.
- Perform functional analysis and impact assessment for new requirements and change requests.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases covering positive, negative, boundary,



and end-to-end business flows.
- Perform UAT and functional testing following application deployments.
- Conduct end-to-end connected testing with upstream and downstream systems to validate fund order processing.
- Analyze production issues, incidents, service requests, and problem tickets and perform first-level investigation.
- Work with development and support teams to identify root causes and provide functional guidance for issue resolution.
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation using SQL queries to validate transactions, identify discrepancies, and investigate production issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily scrum.
- Support prioritization and estimation of requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and Dev teams.
- Write SQL queries to retrieve and analyze business data; hands on experience with REST APIs.

Experience :

- Preferred : 3 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services / investment banking, with relevant experience in fund order management, investment funds, securities, or financial transaction processing.
- Strong knowledge of the Fund Lifecycle is mandatory for this role.
