Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Python, data analysis, and a working knowledge of Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, extracting and interpreting data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and technical teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Use Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data analysis and visualization.
- Apply statistical analysis and basic Machine Learning techniques to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Support the development, validation, and evaluation of predictive models in collaboration with data science teams.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), data cleaning, data validation, and feature analysis.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights to support strategic decisions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and analytical use cases.
- Identify business process improvements through data-driven analysis.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and measure business outcomes.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregate functions, and window functions.
- Good hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts, including regression, classification, clustering, and model evaluation.
- Experience in data analysis, exploratory data analysis, and statistical techniques.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into actionable insights.
- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Power BI

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Scikit-learn and Machine Learning model development.
- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook and database platforms such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data quality management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and business requirement documentation.
