Position 1: Business Analyst / Scrum Master Requirements definition, agile delivery & implementation readiness Engagement Type Contract / Staff Augmentation Estimated Duration TBD Location/Time Zone Coverage Near Shore — Support EST Hours Role Summary  Support discovery, requirements definition, agile delivery, and implementation readiness for GMSx Manufacturing Workstream initiatives. These roles will blend strong businessanalysis capability with hands-on Scrum Master delivery support, working closely with manufacturing subject-matter experts, product owners, Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD), and implementation partners.  The resource may support distinct but interconnected capability areas, such as Golden Batch, Connected Worker/OEE, and PAT evaluation.

Key Responsibilities ● Lead and document business-process discovery with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and digital stakeholders. ● Translate operational needs into clear user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and prioritized backlogs. ● Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. ● Partner with product owners to prioritize work based on manufacturing value, feasibility, risk, and release readiness. ● Support design and validation of future-state workflows for Golden Batch and Connected Worker/OEE use cases. ● Capture and help support the creation of documentation for process, data, integration, reporting, validation and user-adoption requirements required for implementation. ● Identify dependencies, issues, decisions, and risks; maintain transparent delivery tracking and escalate blockers promptly. ● Support testing preparation, business-user engagement, training/readiness planning, and site deployment activities as needed. ● Contribute to PAT evaluation through current-state assessment, use-case definition, stakeholder interviews, requirements capture, and benefit/risk analysis.





Required Experience and Capabilities ● Experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Analyst, or similar role in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a GMP-regulated life-sciences setting. ● Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, batch execution, shop-floor workflows, and the interaction between Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Digital/IT. ● Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting requirements for manufacturing digital solutions. ● Hands-on agile delivery experience, including backlog management, user-story development, facilitation, and team-level delivery reporting. ● Familiarity with GMP requirements, electronic records/data integrity considerations, and validation or computerized-system implementation practices. ● Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder-management, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience ● Experience with MES/eBR, Golden Batch, OEE, connected worker, industrial IoT, process data historians, manufacturing analytics, or digital work instructions. ● Exposure to PAT concepts, process monitoring, manufacturing data science, or advanced process control. ● Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis, or agile-delivery certification. ● Experience supporting manufacturing site pilots, rollouts, or change adoption. Product Owners, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering and ZTD to drive discovery, define requirements, and ensure implementation readiness for PAT use cases across the manufacturing network. This is a hands-on, facilitative role that blends deep PAT subject-matter expertise with solid business analysis and delivery leadership, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, GMP-ready, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities • Lead structured discovery workshops with Zoetis SMEs to define scope, business value, and success measures for PAT use cases.

- Translate manufacturing needs into clear requirements and delivery-ready documentation (process, data, system, validation, and operating model needs).
- Evaluate PAT technology options (fit, feasibility, integration, and compliance), supporting vendor engagement and selection.
- Obtain vendor quotes and build cost models; develop ROI/financial return cases for prioritized PAT use cases.
- Build and maintain integrated PAT project timelines, explicitly incorporating GMP, validation, data integrity, and regulatory deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, VMRD, Regulatory and ZTD to align on responsibilities, controls, and readiness.
- Support implementation partners through requirements clarification, risk/issue management, and milestone execution toward pilot and scale-up.

Required Experience and Capabilities • Demonstrated experience implementing PAT, including technology selection, validation strategy, and regulatory/GMP requirements.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and the interfaces across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Digital/IT.
- Working expertise in GMP expectations, electronic records/data integrity, and computerized system implementation/validation practices.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and executiveready communication skills.
