Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst responsible for bridging business and technical teams, owning requirements and delivery outcomes, and operating independently with minimal supervision. The role requires flexibility to support Product Owner or Project Manager responsibilities when needed and the ability to work effectively across different domains and business contexts. Responsibilities

- Lead requirement discovery through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications, features, and acceptance criteria suited to AI-assisted delivery, while using epics and user stories when that level of detail is required.
- Own and continuously refine the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and delivery teams.
- Support iterative delivery using Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, with continuous refinement, build, validation, and deployment.
- Analyze current and target-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
- Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across business, product, engineering, and quality assurance teams.
- Define test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain traceability from business requirements through delivery.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure that delivered solutions meet the intended business outcome.

Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Certifications

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or an equivalent Scrum certification.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
