Requirements:

1. Minimum six Months of BA experience.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

3. Good Presentation Skills
4. Good knowledge of requirement elicitation.
5. Basic knowledge of some estimation technique like WBS or FPA or similar.

Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications.
7. Previous work experience in an onsite-offshore model.
8. Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quickly.
9. Excellent relationship management and Client Coordination skills
10. Agile/Scrum or similar iterative development methodologies.
11. Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
12. Ability to review test case documents
13. Ability to document and track NFR (Non Functional Requirements)
