Business Analyst Skill Loan Management System · Experience in Loan Origination System (LOS) implementation, enhancement, and support activities.· Valuable understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) business processes, lending lifecycle, and operational workflows.· Exposure to retail lending products, credit underwriting, loan processing, disbursement, and post-disbursement activities.· Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FSD preparation, UAT coordination, and production support for LOS applications.· Hands-on experience in defect management, release support, and vendor coordination within lending platforms.Note: Familiarity with fintech/lending platforms and digital lending ecosystems will be considered an added advantage.
