Role Overview:

The Candidate will be responsible for end-point management, internal user experience, and project management. The role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation projects across Pan Max.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements through BRDs, User Stories, and Use-Cases.
- Discuss and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to solutionize business requirements.
- Lead digital transformation projects across Pan Max, ensuring timely project tracking, status updates, and delivery.




- Ensure quality assurance through test case creation and execution to enable defect-free deployment in production.
- Support UAT activities and obtain sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
- Provide post-production support including defect tracking and resolution of all issues to ensure business-as-usual (BAU) operations

Experience & Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA
- 3–7 years of experience in digital project deliveries; healthcare experience preferred
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
- Proficiency in Application Programming Interfaces (API) and PL/SQL
- Solid stakeholder management and User Story writing skills
