1. Sustainability programme in Frontline Enablement Commercialization track

- Provide business-outcome led analytical expertise to deliver Sustainability s frontline commercialisation insights transformation roadmap
- Partner with Sustainability business to define business requirements and support technology teams to develop best in class actionable insight designs, seeing through to implementation and launch
- Build strong working relationships with CIB Data Analytics through defining data requirements which enable business outcomes
- Produce monthly insight usage KPI reporting
- Robust BA experience is mandatory and experience in ESG / Sustainability domain is preferred

1. Sustainability programme in Policy Implementation track

- Expected profile:
- strong core BA skillset (requirements engineering, stakeholder management, problem solving, time management)
- sustainability architecture acumen (knowledge of HSBC sustainability risk transaction-level and client-level due diligence application suite CME/DCP/PCW CTJ/PAW/PCQ)
- versatility:



comfortable switching contexts and engaging in initiatives spanning across multiple delivery verticals (PCW, PAW)
- Experience in ESG and Sustainability domain is preferred
- Tasks outline
- support PCW enhancements and integrations with other platforms - feature design implementation by assessing abstract requirements (TOM- and/or Policy-driven) and translating them into formalized deliverables (process maps, RACI matrices, user stories/acceptance criteria, UAT plans)
- support implementation of changes in the PAW tool as dictated by Policy changes
- interact with CIB Sustainability Business Risk, Global/Regional Reputational and Sustainability Risk, IT/DAO and Operations (Sustainability Assessment Unit) to identify, track and resolve issues as required
- support with MAP closure submission process (closure documentation preparation).

1. Demands for the Licensing Registration project. Profile requirements below -

- Proven expertise in delivering BA tasks and outputs like BRDs, user stories, process maps, gap analysis, data integration requirements, UAT plans / test cases for global / regional projects
- Ability to perform BA tasks and produce high quality deliverables independently without the need for detailed guidance and supervision. Should be able to coordinate with varied stakeholders including IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal and businesses at global and regional levels.
- Ability to work with senior Risk Compliance stakeholders in a global delivery model.
- BA experience in risk and regulatory domain preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
