We are seeking an experienced professional with robust expertise in data management, data transformation, and AI solution implementation within global banking environments. The role involves supporting enterprise data modernization initiatives, enabling AI-driven analytics solutions, ensuring data quality and governance, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven outcomes across banking operations. Key Skills Experience Strong functional understanding of data transformation, data management, ETL processes, and enterprise data platforms, with exposure to AI-driven initiatives and analytics use cases. Experience supporting AI/data implementation programs, including requirements gathering, data mapping, process analysis, and coordination between business and technical stakeholders. Well versed in the end-to-end data lifecycle, data governance frameworks, and integration across banking systems. Exposure to enterprise data modernization initiatives, analytics enablement, and regulatory/compliance-driven data practices. 6-12 years of experience with involvement in large-scale data or AI transformation programs as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA role. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across global geographies.
