Facility Executive - Soft Services The Facility Executive - Soft Services will manage daily soft services operations, ensuring smooth facility functioning, statutory compliance, and high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility administration, reports, stock trackers, and operational documentation.
- Support the Facility Manager and Assistant Facility Manager in delivering facility services and resolving operational concerns.
- Oversee housekeeping operations, manpower deployment, cleaning standards, consumables, equipment, and vendor performance.
- Manage front desk, reception, caf , food and beverage, and event-related activities.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels and timely availability of operational materials and consumables.
- Process vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and verify applicable statutory compliance requirements.
- Conduct daily facility inspections, service audits, and quality checks; implement corrective actions where required.
- Monitor team and vendor performance to ensure compliance with service-level requirements.




- Support emergency response planning, drills, operational audits, incident reporting, and timely escalation.
- Provide after-hours facility support when required.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in facility management, preferably in soft services.
- Robust team management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Knowledge of health, safety, statutory compliance, and facility management practices.
- Flexibility to provide operational support beyond regular working hours when required.
