PAN India Full-Time Lead

About this role

This isn't a job posting.

It's an invitation. You didn't find this link on a job board. Someone at Lenskart sent it to you directly, because of what you've built, how you lead, or how you think. That is how we have always found the

The story so far

Lenskart began with one stubborn belief: everyone deserves to see the world clearly. So we built it all ourselves: the factories, the technology, the brand and the stores. Today millions of people across India and international markets see better because of the people who said yes before you.

The story we're writing next

The next chapter is far bigger than the last one.

- Smart eyewear: glasses that do more than help you see
- AI-led eye care: changing how vision is tested, understood and corrected
- Going global: taking a brand built in India to the world
- Retail, reinvented: an in-store experience no one has built before

None of this has a playbook. That's the point.

We're looking for people who are rare

- Builders who have taken something from zero to scale and are hungry to do it again, bigger
- Leaders whose teams become better because they showed up
- Craftspeople: the best in the room at technology, AI, product, design, brand, retail,

supply chain, data, people or finance
- Owners who see a problem and fix it without waiting to be asked

There's no fixed role behind this link. If you're exceptional, we'll find the right problem for you, or build one around you.

What you get

- Problems that matter: your work reaches millions of customers, not a slide deck
- Proximity: a seat close to the founders and the decisions that shape Lenskart
- Speed: we decide fast, ship fast and learn fast
- No ceiling: you grow as far as your ambition goes

What happens next

It takes two minutes. Share your details and your resume. Every profile that comes through this link is read personally. If there's a fit, you'll hear from us directly, not from an auto-reply.

Let's build what's next. Together.
