Position: Breeding Expert

Location: Nashik

Qualification: Dairy Diploma

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Artificial Insemination (AI) in dairy cattle following standard breeding protocols.
- Monitor heat detection and estrus cycles to optimize conception rates.
- Plan and execute breeding programs aimed at genetic improvement of the herd.
- Conduct Pregnancy Diagnosis (PD) and monitor reproductive performance.
- Manage fertility-related issues and recommend corrective actions.

Animal Health & Genetics
- Identify and assess sick animals and coordinate appropriate treatment with veterinarians.
- Monitor herd health, reproductive disorders, and disease prevention programs.
- Maintain and improve herd genetics through selection of suitable semen and breeding strategies.




- Analyze breeding and health records to improve reproductive efficiency.

Software & Record Management
- Maintain accurate breeding, health, and production records using DelPro Software.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the management system.

Training & Compliance
- Train farm staff on breeding practices, heat detection, and reproductive management.
