About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Strategist who can translate real estate market intelligence into compelling client pitches, strategic positioning and integrated marketing solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop client pitches, proposals and strategic presentations for real estate developers
- Build go-to-market (GTM) strategies for commercial, residential, plotted and mixed-use developments
- Develop brand positioning, consumer narratives and project-specific marketing strategies
- Design integrated marketing solutions across digital, print, OOH and on-ground channels
- Develop media distribution strategies aligned with target audiences, budgets and business objectives
- Conduct market, competitor, consumer and micro-market research
- Identify market opportunities, positioning gaps and growth levers

- Pitch-to-client conversion rate




- Quality and effectiveness of strategic proposals

- Effectiveness of GTM and integrated marketing strategies
- Quality of media distribution plans and strategic recommendations

What We’re Looking For

- Master’s degree and international / overseas market exposure are mandatory
- 6 months–1 year of relevant experience in brand strategy, marketing or consulting
- Strong understanding of real estate, including commercial, residential, plotted and mixed-use developments
- Ability to develop compelling pitches, GTM strategies and integrated marketing solutions
- Strong research, analytical thinking and commercial acumen
- Excellent storytelling, presentation and communication skills
- Solid command of PowerPoint, Canva and presentation tools

This is a strategy-first role for someone who can connect real estate market intelligence, consumer psychology and media strategy to create compelling pitches and drive developer growth.
