We are looking for a agile Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, real estate project marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns for a leading real estate developer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive brand positioning and marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Manage end-to-end project marketing, from pre-launch to post-launch.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, outdoor, print, PR, and events.
- Manage creative, media, and digital agencies.
- Develop marketing collaterals, campaign strategies, and customer propositions.
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, marketing ROI, and budgets.
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Business Development, and senior management.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing creativity, content, research,



and campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

- Approximately 5 years of experience in brand and marketing roles.
- Real estate project marketing experience preferred.
- Strong exposure to project launches, brand positioning, and integrated campaigns.
- Excellent agency management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools is desirable.

? Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
