Hiring Requirement – Brand & Creative Strategy Manager

LINSO is an emerging consumer lifestyle and smart-appliance brand focused on innovative products, contemporary designs, customer experience and strong brand differentiation.

We are looking for a highly creative and strategically strong professional who can take complete ownership of brand positioning, creative strategy, brand communication and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Building & Strategy

Develop a comprehensive brand-building roadmap for LINSO. Define brand positioning, personality, storytelling and communication strategy.

Develop creative ideas that differentiate LINSO from competing consumer brands.

Research international consumer brands, emerging trends and successful marketing campaigns.

1. Creative Strategy & Campaign Planning

Conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns, product launches and brand-awareness initiatives. Develop creative concepts for advertisements, product videos, reels, UGC and influencer collaborations.

Provide clear creative briefs and direction to graphic designers, video editors and content creators.

Maintain a consistent premium visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

1. Digital & Social Media Strategy

Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Google and other relevant channels. Plan monthly content calendars, brand campaigns and consumer engagement activities.

Work closely with performance marketing teams to improve creative effectiveness and conversion.

Develop influencer marketing and creator-led storytelling strategies.

1. Product Launch & Go-to-Market

Develop a structured marketing and communication plan for every major new product launch. Identify customer pain points, product differentiators,



target audiences and selling propositions.

Coordinate creative requirements for Amazon, Flipkart, D2C and other sales channels.

Build category-specific campaigns while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

1. Creative Team & Agency Management

Lead and guide the existing in-house graphic design, video editing and social media teams. Coordinate with external creative, branding and performance marketing agencies.

Ensure timely execution, creative quality and campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

5–8 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, creative strategy or brand marketing.

Proven experience building or scaling a D2C or consumer-facing brand.

Strong creative thinking, brand storytelling and consumer psychology.

Excellent understanding of international brand trends and contemporary design aesthetics.

Experience in creative campaign planning, product launches, influencer marketing and digital communication.

Strong leadership, planning and project management skills.

Commercial understanding of marketing budgets, performance indicators and campaign ROI.

Ability to work directly with founders and independently drive ideas from concept to execution.

Preferred Experience: Consumer electronics, smart appliances, lifestyle, beauty, personal care or design-led D2C brands.

Mandatory Application Requirement: Candidates must share their portfolio or a presentation covering at least three campaigns or brand-building projects, clearly explaining their individual contribution, strategic thinking and measurable outcomes.

Our Expectation: We are not looking for a conventional social media manager or graphic designer. We need a creative thinker, strategic planner and brand builder who can help establish LINSO as a differentiated and recognizable consumer brand.

Reporting To: Founder / Business Leadership

Job Type: Full time, On-site, Jaipur

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
