Branch Sales Manager – Loan DSA MD Home Finance is hiring an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead loan sales and grow business through a DSA network.

Products: Home Loan, LAP/Mortgage Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, MSME Secured and Unsecured Loan, New Car Loan, Car Refinance, Commercial Vehicle Loan and Professional Loan.

Responsibilities Lead and support the branch sales team to achieve business targets. Generate loan leads through customer referrals, builders, brokers and DSA/channel partners. Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, customers and business partners. Guide customers on suitable loan products and eligibility. Coordinate documentation, loan login, processing, sanction and disbursement. Track team performance and share regular business updates.

Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in loan sales or a DSA. Prior experience handling multiple loan products is preferred. Team handling and sales target management experience. Good communication, customer handling and relationship-building skills.
