Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch operations, including sales performance, customer service, and team handling.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through cross selling, upselling, and team management.

- Oversee daily activities of the branch office to ensure effective use of resources.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize branch performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in retail banking or related field.

- Proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth through effective communication skills.





- Strong understanding of financial products such as credit cards, loans, deposits etc. .

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
