About the Role:
Grand Motors is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager / Showroom Manager to lead our automotive and EV showroom operations in Thrissur and Kunnamkulam. If you have solid leadership experience in the automobile or retail sector and a passion for the EV revolution, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom operations, staff coordination, and branch workflow.
- Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets for two-wheelers, EV models, accessories, and financing.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of sales consultants and floor staff.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Maintain stock/inventory levels and coordinate reporting with upper management.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Branch Manager, Showroom Manager, or Sales Manager (Automotive / EV dealership experience is a solid advantage).
- Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, target-driven mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
