SWIFT Elite Cars is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead the team, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our corporate and premium clientele.

Key Responsibilities

- Branch Operations: Manage day-to-day branch activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
- Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle availability, allocation, maintenance, utilization, and readiness for customer bookings.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage operations, drivers, and support staff to achieve branch objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and individual customers.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
- Service Excellence: Ensure timely vehicle dispatch, professional chauffeur services, and high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Monitor branch revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational budgets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, fleet utilization, service quality, customer feedback, and team productivity.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, vehicle documentation requirements, safety standards,



and applicable regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular operational and business performance reports for senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in car rental, fleet management, transportation, logistics, or hospitality, including team or branch management.
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, vehicle scheduling, chauffeur management, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing corporate clients and achieving business targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and fleet or transport management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
