Are you ready to lead a branch, build market connections, and drive business growth in overseas education? ?

EPA Global is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Head / Branch Coordinator for our Dehradun branch. We are seeking a professional with strong market networking capabilities, destination-wise counselling knowledge, and proven sales skills to drive branch operations and business development.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and coordinate counselling, admissions, and student processing activities.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with B2C student markets and B2B recruitment partners/agents.
- Drive student acquisition, lead conversion, and branch-level business targets.
- Guide students on overseas education opportunities across multiple international destinations.
- Build and strengthen the branch's local market presence through networking, referrals, and business development.
- Apply effective sales and negotiation techniques to convert prospective students and partners into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression and a positive student experience.
- Monitor branch performance, follow up on leads,



and maintain regular business activity reports.

? Candidate Requirements

✅ 2–4 years of relevant experience in overseas education, branch coordination, counselling, or business development.

✅ Experience or capability to manage a branch-level team and operations.

✅ Established or demonstrable networking capabilities within the B2C and B2B markets.

✅ Understanding of overseas education counselling across international destinations; destination-specific expertise in any one country is not mandatory.

✅ Strong sales, negotiation, lead conversion, and relationship management skills.

✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.

✅ A target-oriented mindset with the ability to drive branch growth and business performance.
