Vacancies Available

- Branch Head (BH): 1 Position
- Senior Officer (SO): 1 Position

1. Branch Head / Manager

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and business development.
- Achieve gold loan and interest collection targets.
- Lead and motivate the branch team.
- Maintain customer relationships and support cross-selling activities.
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Strong knowledge of gold appraisal is mandatory.

1. Senior Officer

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer service, gold loan processing,



and disbursement.
- Generate business leads and achieve assigned targets.
- Follow up on interest collections and overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and KYC compliance.
- Knowledge of gold appraisal is mandatory.
